You need to win a duo game where you can just loot normaly anything you want but you need to "excorte" someone with you and he cant have any armor or weapons and you have to win with him alive.

Try going low profile if you have not already. Avoid contact if you don't master the area so you don't get surprised.
Jump on school, gregopol, prison etc all the time master yourself with weapon you like and then try actually winning games, a lot of youtubers said that one day i started trying it out and now im winning lots of games, got to top 1000 on squads.

The Late Start Challenge:
Cannot loot anything till the Blue touches the first white circle and you must be out of the zone till it touches. If that ends up being too easy you can always try the second circle ;)
Who knows maybe that could be a whole series of challenges. "The Circle Challenges" See how many circles you can abstain from looting and still find something decent later and win.

Do the one building challenge, loot from one building of your choice, you can't take anything not from that building and as soon as you take something from a building then that is the building you stick with. Anyone you kill in that building can be looted.

Yeah I agree with Jason's idea, with no meds at all it would be impossible since you can also get shot in the back and stuff, but if it's only energy drinks and pain killers it makes more sense.

What about a "No healing challenge"
Easy as fuck. Only hard if you add another rule, like "you have to get minimum 10 kills"
I did it before on solo and got 11 kills and ended up with about 90% health it's not to hard
I have a challenge. The dual smg challenge. Once you find a smg, you are not allowed to kill anyone until you find another of the same smg. You have to use only those weapons for the rest of the game.
