Hi Karen! It's very nice! Can I ask you what material did you use to make it?
    Polymerclay?

Hi sgreissottodue, Thank you for sharing my video :) I used my modelling icing to make my motorbike, so it's completely edible for cake decorating. I have another video showing how I make my modelling icing if you'd like to learn.

+Jenny Mac The only way I have found to successfully dry items quicker is to make my modelling icing a few days before I need to use it. You can put them in the oven on the lowest setting, but you are still looking at a whole day baking, plus a whole evening cooling. This is more likely to cause distortions though. Adding a little more tylo powder to modelling icing can also help, but it lightens the colours and if the modelling icing isn't used straight away it causes cracking and becomes unworkable. I personally avoid rushing and request I'm given ample notice for making my toppers so I always give my best. There's no point rushing and making something you're not happy with. I have built a drying den (my own design) because I make toppers on a regular basis, but they still take up to 10 days for some items to be set all the way through so they are strong enough to cope with being transported. If you are planning on making bikes on a regular basis, you can make the wheels in batches, then store them in a food box when they're fully dried. Just remember to write the best before date of the icing on the box and don't make too many because you don't want to end up throwing them away :)

You can add Tylose to fondant or gumpaste to make it dry faster. I have a bakery in Mexico where for 1/2 the year we are so humid that nothing dries, lol. I add Tylose almost all of the time.
