I believe Neymar is still at that champions league, top European football level. I believe Neymar is still at that champions league, top European football level. Not that Saudi Arabia isnt good at trying to grow the sport in Saudi Arabia and the middle east part of the world, To grow the sport is great and everyone spends money, European clubs aswell, so i dont believe saudi arabis is ruining football or whatever to be fair.
