Can someone help please, I have a Hunter in Indonesia. It's only one on my island. At 500 km I did the valve service and got a tappet noise. I rechecked the clearance and they are perfect per the book, int 0.080 and ext 0.180, still ticking sound. What is the solution here? Is the ex clearance too big? Thx.
Hello there. Did the tappet noise increase after the 500 km service? I had the very same experience. The inlet valve clearance was very tight. After adjusting to the manual specification gaps, there is a louder ticking than before.

Service k baad bhi apke bike me tappet ka noise hain but ha pehle se thora minimal hua hain. I don't know what RE engineers are doing. They're looting hard earned money. In India it's not a good idea to buy expensive bikes due to poor after sale service. 😢
@@filmyfreak2619 cam Shaft setting have to give small tic tic sound to ensure engine is running in gud condition, but if sound increases there will be a problem.👍
I Have 3days old hunter 350, am also getting same noise when i drive 80-90 speed after i can ear that noise when i Neutral Gear it;s not Chine Sound It's from Head Wolves so i think this is By Default From RE J Series Engines

pahle aap service center jao unko dikhao or pucho cost kitni ayegi. bcos exhaust change hai to engine warrnty khtam ho gayi hai apki. jyda cost ayegi to aap bhar krwa skte ho.

In my bike tappet are set at perfect settings but that tik tik sound not gone its coming again

Yes. Inke Jo mechanic hai unko sirf oil change karna or chain clean karni aati hai bas. Baaki bike me aise issue ko vo ache se thik nahi kar skte hai.
bhai garam/hot engine me tappet jindegi me set nhi hoga...pura engine cold hoga tab tappet set karvana...

Iska ground clearance bhot kam hai. Breaker par Dhyan hi rkhna padta hai ye iski sabse badi problem hai

Han wo awaj normal hai. Ager wo awaj jyda tej aati hai to usko jrur check krwana. Btw awaj chalte time aati hai ya fir jab bike khadi krte hai

Time kuch nahi Lagta hai 1-2 hr ka work hai only. Aap Jao or jaldi ke liye bolo.
