Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus 5G Lcd Replacement

Instead of the sim card hole at the bottom of the Redmi 13 pro plus phone, I inserted the needle into the hole next to it. I think it is the microphone hole. Is there any damage or deterioration now and how can I check it? 0:26

this lcd was good just glass was broken...why you change this lcd??why not only replace this glass only??
