You are welcome, as for the followers whose accounts are disabled and you cannot remove them, the only thing that comes to my mind right now is to go to Settings and Privacy and then scroll down to the bottom and Report a Problem. Explain to the TikTok team what is happening and they should help you solve the problem. If that doesn't help, offload the app and reinstall it in the phone settings and then try again.
