- In 2007, 2K Games released what was dubbed as by many as one of the best games of all time. Bioshock's enticing plot and meticulously designed world set a standard for the future of gaming. On this episode, we create my interpretation of the beloved Pep Bar. It's "real chocolate with a caramelized biscuit". It'll give you a taste you crave for.

**Ingredients**
Vanilla Snap Biscuit
6.5 tbsp unsalted butter, chopped
1/2 cup superfine sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 full egg yolk
1/2 egg white from one egg
Caramel
1/2 cup unsalted butter, sliced into 8 pieces
1/2 cup heavy cream (at least 36% butterfat)
3 tbsp water
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp or so flaky salt
Chocolate
1.5 lbs baking chocolate (60% or less) - เกม
