You completely misread the ending of the first game. When you try to break the cycle you yourself do cease to be but your pawn is plunged into a new world layer continuing the cycle this is what new game plus is it's canonically cyclical. Also as it was led for us to believe there was no first seneschal as the worlds of dragons dogma are an infinite ring of interlinking layers of reality. Time is but a facet of 4 dimensional existence and has no heed on a grander design that connects realities. It's a ring there is no true beginning or end as all the separate realities exist simultaneously and interlinked in a chain with one another. You can see the person ahead of you as the next seneschal as someone in your future but it is also someone who's existence is on a separate world who's fate interlinks in a chain that loops around to your origins and overthrowing of the previous seneschal. They all contain their own chronology but as intwrlinked worlds defy and transcend the notion of time
I am currently playing the game on ps5, most important note, there is a huge amount of npc pop ins and on terrain 20 feet ahead of you :) other than that, what a game!

After a year to two years after release if you have an issue with spoilers that's really a you problem. but I'm told this was 12 years ago. Ive always been the type of person to just take my time and sink tens if not hundreds of hours in games just getting immersed in things like RDR2 or Ghost of Tsushima by just walking around and taking in the view, this game is absolutely going to be my GOTY i can feel it already lol
If they didn't change these things, which I hope they haven't: 1: Soloing gets you more xp than if you had pawns with you as XP was split between the whole party 2: You could recruit friends pawns free regardless of the level difference.
I really hope that having allies really means having allies and not just people being nice when sees you. Like, it would be cool if in the final fights all of them just go with you and aid as they can.
Yeah! There's even precedent for that. DD1 had a quest where if you got a grimoire for a guy, he would suddenly pop up in one of the big boss fights later on and help you out by raining meteors on the monster. Sadly it was the only instance of that happening, but it was hype nonetheless
As a huge DD1 fan, put 100s of hours into the game. I am sceptical qbout DD2 because I know for sure how bad Capcom has gotten, their games are not good quality anymore not after RE2R
Question's: (1.)When you level up how do you get more skills will they be automatically be given to you or do you have to go some where to equip them? (2). When you switch vocations does it automatically give a a set of armor for that vocation or do you have to find a place to buy some?

Personally, I made myself as my Arisen with my proper weight, height, and muscle build. I usually go the other route, but this one I decided differently

We don't actually know. It's possible he just makes one because we see him make the Arisen perfectly as a clone, but there's no lore on it.
