Shattered Mirrors Pt 4: True Evangelism & Your Purpose in the Kingdom of God

Evangelism is the expansion of an idea and, consequently, the expansion of a culture.
It is not just approaching someone and asking, “Do you know the Lord?” Although that can be a part of it, evangelism is fundamentally the promotion of an idea. When you think of evangelism, you should see yourself as both a spokesperson and a representative of God’s Kingdom.
In Shattered Mirrors Part 4, Pastor Mike Darnell teaches what true evangelism entails. In this installment of the series, you will gain an understanding of the importance of completely shattering the mirror when it comes to studying yourself. You cannot study the self-image to uncover the truths of the Kingdom, as those truths are spiritually known. To truly understand, you must be born again, and your spirit must be made alive! You must believe God and let go of the old system entirely.
Any system or methodology outside of the Kingdom leads to separation and spiritual blindness. When the Kingdom is introduced, it brings with it a greater, excelling glory. In God's Kingdom, there is one mind and one intelligence, but your understanding can be blinded by old covenant information or worldly influences.
Modern-day evangelism often leads people to place their trust in things that mislead them about who and what they can depend on. Even Christians can fall into this trap by promoting carnal methods and worldly ways of getting things done. However, you should not be a commercial for materialism, selfishness, or carnal Christianity.
Jesus went to the cross to set you free from yourself-so you don’t have to trust in your own limited thoughts, rely on worldly systems, or carry the burden of figuring everything out on your own.
