great review and well said. I really dislike when people negatively critique a game and it just seems like a rant, instead of giving well-thought output and feedback. Despite giving "negative" reviews on some areas, you still showed how much you enjoyed the game, and how much effort you put into your content, while respecting the devs hard work and the authenticity of the game itself. I fuck with that. again, great review.
Playing through this game myself and I agree with the gauntlet bosses being extremely difficult (at least for the first two). Honestly I feel Karai is the most difficult boss and it's funny how bebop and rocksteady mention her as if she was suppose to be the third boss and not them. One of my minor gripes was also the lack of healing and how pathetic it feels when picking up a single pizza slice even with the upgraded recovery. Hades at least knew when to give the player a break and give some much needed recovery. The biggest thing I would say is yeah, there is an extreme lack of variety of enemies and locations for such a big IP. How easy would of it been for them to include the rat king or baxter as fightable bosses? I was was wishfully hoping that after beating shredder enough times the game would expand but I doubt its gonna happen. The game is still fun however but its fun isn't going to last forever or nearly as long as a Hades/II does.
@Burr_ I know and I can't wait. The foundation of this game is more than solid. With enough content it would stand right next to Turtles In Time in my list. This roguelike is fun as hell!
Good review,a couple things i want to add here,i agree with the enemies part,i played only the demo and got tired of the same enemies but this game was a mobile game, now is getting new thing, including new dlc content,i think people like me liked as one of the best because the game have a good understandment of the turtles and the IDW inspiration is awesome, overall becames better because feels like playing a new type of TMNT game, something that is not a beat n up or a half made game ,like turtles in manhatam and many others, but something made with care and love for the source material and roguelikes
iti s very good! ijust started playing nad kill the turtles very brutally! This year 2 games with me released: Wrath of the mutants in April and now this! I BRUTALLY KILL THE TURTLES! We also had Mutrants unleashed that released one month ago but this dosent count as iam not on that!
On some videos I change the title multiple times, this video is one of those cases. Sorry that you don't like it as much because of the 'clickbait'. I'll change it again from 'best' because I also, don't like clickbait too much, and while I didn't feel like this title was too clickbaity initially, looking back and viewing it now, yea it's a bit baity for the people who really like TMNT Thank you for the comment
The turtles do be ninjaing everywhere
They been doing it for 40 years

With more content it would be one of the best.
They do have more content planned apparently!

What kind of roguelite upgrades do you like if not flat damage/health/speed etc.?

"The best TMNT" clickbait needs to stop. Not every new thing needs to be the best. Is it good? Yes? Good. That's it.
Exactly man
