A few quick tips for people who are new to The Rake:
The Rake is drawn toward light, so keep your flashlight off unless you absolutely need it to see. Try to keep the lights at the buildings (safe house and watchtower) off except to signal people that you're there.
Power outages knock out almost every usable item like the radio, watch, radar, etc. until you start the transformer up again.
You can buy certain items to defend yourself from the Rake like bear traps, a stunstick, and a UV Flashlight.
The Safehouse has a door that can be closed to keep the Rake from entering, but can be destroyed eventually.

@@kajhaelynn no, there's a cave where the Rake comes out of that's kind of near the Safehouse... I honestly don't know what the well is for though.
He’s not really drawn to light but sound, if you fall off the water tower and scream he will come and get you when your knocked out, and there is switches in the observation tower and safe house that makes noise, and if you are using a radar to track the rake, do not use it, the maker and developer says if you do use it, the rake will be drawn closer to it, so the way to survive is... just stay out in the middle of nowhere while using your flashlight, save your sprint and never run you have to save it if the rake is close to you... That’s all!

AYYYY, I WAS WAITING FOR THIS :D !!!!!!! i would like to be ur guider in this game. once u open the supply drop, u can get good items in the supply drop like the Stun stick (used to fight the rake or self defense), UV lamp (best for self defense not much for fighting the rake),vitamins (used to give u extra sprint, if ur sprint is low and the rake is chasing u, USE IT) ,med kit (used for healing),Armor (Extra Health, GIVE IT TO PIXIE lol) and i'm pretty sure that's it. :D would love to see u play this again. really any kind of sound i think can attract it. but the rake only tracks players that have not died (but it will kill people who have already died.) but it will always find someone. it tracks everyone so that's how it finds u guys. if u hear the rake scream then go to the opposite side of it. like the opposite side of the map.

You forgot that if you use flashlight or turn on anylights it will attract the rake

If bere play this i have a tips for him first you should know where the direction of the cave is because when jeff appear you should go there step2 when it say you guys forgot the launch bucket pls say it to others that they need to get the launch bucket because if you did you will die in acid rain bere step3 when its saythe cave entrance collapse the back cave will be open and there is a slide in it pick the left slide when you slide before you reach the ground you should jump so your not gonna get hurt step4 when you go down on the slide there will be an entrance where you can go to the parkour because the rain cause the cave to flood step5when you guys back at the camp you guys need to strike go to the tent and when it say night is approching you will gonna force back to the main camp when you back to the main camp you should go to the tent because if you dont go back to the tent you will die step6when your in the tent somebody will gonna get kidnappedyou should send 1 person to save the guy that get kidnapped and if they dont go back in the family there is only two left and that two left should go where the ladder is you should go there as fast as you can and that is the ending of it.

Hi, i have a little tip for you..
The house that u found with the radio in it
Thate a safehouse it has 2 switches the one yiu activated makes the lights in that house go on.
The othwr switch makes a metal door appear on the door way. Its good to keep him out.
But the rake is smart
He can jump on top of the house and break in from above. When he does that, open the metal door by using the switch and run as fast as you can somewhere i would reccomend you run to the power area just in case the power runs out too
Found out a family member is in the hospital, this came at the perfect time to cheer me up. Thanks FGN Crew, love you all ❤
One of the safe places to be is the little house where you found the radio. Turning on the lights and closing the door helps, but you have limited power. When the power goes out someone has to go to the little electric plant thing to turn restart the generator.
Please make this like a mini series I wanna see what happens next Bere ^_^
Oh and u can also look for coordinates to a flare around the map and be able to get a airdrop with supplies and one weapon to hurt the rake

Guys in this game, when it’s daylight, you can explore the map, buy items from the shop, or get into a hiding place, when it’s night, the shop will be closed and the Rake will spawn. The Rake will spawn at the cave, The Rake looks like a skeleton, he has claws to use them to kill you, if the Rake sees you, he will chase you until you die or escape from the Rake. When you survive, you gain 100 points,if you die, according to the oldest updates when you die, you will lose 25 points but you no longer lose any points but you will gain a little bit of points. If you have items in your inventory and if you die, you will lose them all but you can gain all of them from the shop but it will cost 100 points to gain them back, they can also expire for 3 minutes you can also clear them by pressing the clear items button. There’s also 3 weapons RakeTrap,Stun Stick, and a UV Lamp. The RakeTrap is a trap that it takes 5 seconds to place down it’s only suitable to the Rake, when the Rake touches it, he will scream and he will be stunned for about 7 seconds. The Stun Stick is a tool that you can use to stun the Rake, it stuns the Rake from 1.5 to 2 seconds, but it uses stamina, when damaged enough, the Rake can either run back to the cave or kill it for that night only. The UV Lamp is a light that you can use to blind the Rake for a few seconds, while the Rake is blind, he will put his claws near his eyes, and he can’t attack you or move. There’s also blood hour, in this mode, the Rake will move faster then usual he will also detect us instantly and his claws will deal more damage, you will also get double points if you survive blood hour.

when ur heart beats it means the rake is near u and there a tower u need to stay there put the rake could climb up but sometimes the rake wont come up and u are safe but ur heart beats but be careful I play this game alot

Bere u can chat on the radio and u should've saved the flare gun and buy a tracker it makes a bit things easier oh and plus when u get the air drop u can have a stun weapon to kill the rake when u kill him it automatically becomes day time use the safe house to survive when he hop on the roof hurry and open the door and run that's all I know I hope this helps you bere stay alive in the game good luck
