I’m sure this advice is from some insecure person or from a naysayer. Look around in the world, where do you see an Mbbs doctor earning more than a bds doc? Work hard and you can achieve any goal.
For admissions you need to score well in your FSc exams plus Mdcat and NTS Entrance exams, as they all make up the biggest chunk of the final aggregate.

from 3rd year u start practical/lab work ig. and yup for now nle must hai, but pmdc wapis ajay ga so u never know.
