I have noted that mosti dian manufacturers tend to promote capital i Equipment as opposed to the product(solution). They tend to forgetwhy they are in business. They end ip promoting a brand of the capital equipment manufacturer. Tell the customer how they will benefit from your product. Not what advantage you company has.
My horror story with a wakefit product. I ordered a premium wakefit memory foam mattress when there was no experience centre or a well known brand. Wakefit delivered me a defective product with messed up foam layers. I realised it only after checking the same in the #Wakefit experience centre. First wakefit accepted the mistake and then smartly denied the warranty claim. I have ended up wasting my hard earned money. Beware of ordering any wakefit product or purchase at your own risk. We have many competitive players in the market now with humble after sales support. My journey with wakefit ends here and is not recommended.

@@Wakefit the video clearly says the customer has been delivered a faulty product and wakefit saying that their honorable representative said there is no fault in the product. I have proven in the above video that the product has a flaw. Now its wakefit chance to prove this video wrong ..

Worst customer service. I have purchased products worth 50k + from their site but last time I ordered mattresses protector. And I don’t know how I got the different colour of mattresses protector and I tried to replace or exchange it . They just denied to replace. This was the chance to acquire a customer for life time but you lost the chance and the customer too.. I will not order anything now from you .. worst company

We would like to inform you that the mattress protector has only 10 days replacement policy in case of any defects or damage where we do not have the option to replace it with a color change. However, as a one-time expectation, we can assist you to replace the logistic charges for 200 as will need to deliver this and pick up the other products.
