72nd Independence Day, Pedong

Pedong is mostly famous for schools, St George Higher Secondary School one of the oldest school started celebrating Independence day in the school ground. After a year different school from Pedong Town started coming together to celebrate this event which gave thousands of people from different places to gathered around to see the parade and traditional dances of different school, Pedong is now ranked as 2nd place in celebrating Independence day in Darjeeling district after Kalimpong.
With the help of Mr. Ajay Kurmi and Mr. Sonam Bhutia, a team from "CLICKLOVE" we were able to capture all the moments of celebration we are very thankful for their contribution and especially lot of thanks to Prathamesh Madan the composer of song who gave us an opportunity to work with his music.
Last but not the least we also want to thank the managing committee for allowing us to capture the celebration of 72nd Independence Day in Pedong Town.
