I lived in England many years and I agree with most of them. I do not think Bristol and Liverpool are for me! too modern. Been to Bristol while living in Bath in 2006 plus vacations and trips to the SW region of England. Many people living there do not advise people to see Bristol because of the industrial and modern elements if you want to see the historic beautiful villages and tows nearby that are numerous. They also feel the more modernization is taking place there. They feel Bristol is for mainly younger people wanting to see a social scene or more clubs to drink and more. Older people for more museums, restaurants and shopping but other than that is a place people sometimes work and commute to and from places outside Bristol. Liverpool I visited great places close to it like Chester that should have been on this list. Cheshire has so many gems and so close also to Wales as well. People say the same thing about Liverpool like Bristol! Unless you really love the Beatles and of course like Bristol you support the Football teams like many suburbanites that tend to usually go to baseball or other sports games in the USA. London so many people like I feel has changed so much too much since the 1990s that people living there and tourists do not recognize the city anymore with the modern buildings there do not like or go to see but London has many gems that are historical that you can still see today.
I would add Salisbury, Shrewsbury plus nearby Ludlow, Lincoln, Durham, Tunbridge Wells, Arundel. I like Brighton but more modern buildings are being built but there are many villages and towns nearby that are amazing like Chichester and north of that Winchester and more places like Arundel and Battle Abbey near Hastings. Rye is not too far further in Kent next to Sussex Canterbury! Kent and Sussex have so many places to see! Chilterns near Oxford is amazing too with Woodstock and Blenheim Palace is located is an amazing palace close to Oxford. Dorset and Devon are amazing as well with the countryside with Dartmouth and the river Dart was so amazing! Suffolk and Norfolk has many beautiful villages! Ely and Stamford are two places so lovely I tell people to see all the time. Northumberland the famous Castle Highway is amazing Alnwick and Raby castles are amazing too. I can go on and on! Look the places I said to look up. Amazing places. I know American, Canadians and Europeans sometimes do not go beyond London but if they do they see the wonderful Windsor Castle and Hampton Court! Sometimes they see Birmingham Manchester thinking these places you have to see because they are larger thinking larger they must see but when they do, they never want to see England again! Like when some go to Glasgow and they never seen Edinburgh and so many other places like Stirling! Most people I know do not like modern looking places. They come for the historical places unless they go for the sports, restaurants, shopping, museums. clubs and bars the cities have more of but otherwise people are not impressed with the industrial centers in England. Some British if they know about their own country are so pleased that I am aware of their gems and they feel the same way I do but others do not know because it is too expensive to travel in the UK so they go to either Spain Portugal Italy or France. But many go to Turkey Bulgaria, Tenerife, the Canaries or Florida for beaches.
There are people in the UK that are not interesting in the historical gems above I mentioned and they prefer the beaches in Cornwall Devon or Blackpool Brighton or Great Yarmouth area or going into the major cities to go to bars, pubs, restaurants, sports shopping venues that cities have to offer! Everyone is different. Just be aware of both styles. I know many tourists visit England for the beautiful historic places and not the modern England.

    Really nice great content.
To all my fellow small TH-camrs: Keep pushing, keep creating, and keep believing in your journey. Every video is a step closer to your dreams. The road may be tough, but remember, every big creator started where we are now. Let’s lift each other up, support one another, and together, we'll rise. Stay strong, stay consistent, and most importantly, stay true to yourself. Success is just around the corner - we got this!"
