Hi, congratulations on the channel, I've already subscribed, I'm from Brazil, I'm not a technician, but I have a very basic understanding of electronics, I have a Tajima TMFD, and it's having problems with the DU-10 board. Here in Brazil, I don't know a technician who has experience with this board. The machine works normally up to a certain point, it works for about 10 minutes and suddenly the motor that is being controlled by this board stops moving, and makes loud noises, like pops. If I turn the machine off and on again, the movement returns to normal. Could you tell me what the likely problem is? Thank you in advance. I replaced the board with one another, I put x to control y and the problem comes with this same board.

Check the output of all phases, if they are not the same then each phase of the dynamo will make a sound because there is no voltage match.

What do you mean: single phase induction?
