What is the industrial Spaghetti for Kassim's upgrade? It says the recipe is Pasta with Italian Cheese, yet that recipe does not exist in the game. I cannot find it in the recipe book. I had Kassim make Pasta Bolognese because I heard in the new update that all Kassim has to do is cook Spaghetti. However, I did not get the upgrade for him. The only pasta based recipes available are: Pasta Bolognese, Pasta with Pesto, Pasta with spicy tomato sauce, and seafood pasta.

dude, I'm asking for your help again, since it seems no one else in the world plays this game. i know every recipe has it's own categories (italian, fish, etc) but i can't figure out what all the icons mean. for example, i need to complete a request with traditional recipes, but i don't know what is the icon that represents that. is there a wiki for this game? do you know what each icon means? sorry if it has nothing to do with your video, i just really don't know who else to ask, and you've been helpful before thanks in advance!

Stand Mixer is what they call the dough workstation. I'm working on trying to get something regarding the icons, if I can get the info from the developers I will make a tutorial video on it.
Sorry this is a bit late, but if you go into your recipe book, select a specific recipe, and press the button to expand for more details (on PS5 it’s L2, but it should prompt you on other consoles/PC), the left side of the page will expand and you will see words by those icons.
The mussels mariniere and the grilled langoustine, both found in restaurant cuisine, should be the two recipes Kassim needs to upgrade to that next level. I haven't done his yet but looked ahead and fairly sure that langoustine should cover your needs.

I'm still unsure if my end of day packaging leftovers and washing all of the dishes impacts the cleanliness score or not. I continue to do it just in case it does help.
