Co-parenting Boundaries With An Ex

Setting good strong boundaries with your children's mother is CRITICAL for you and for your current/future relationship.
Without strong boundaries, you will get taken advantage of and be in the position of having to cancel plans and even have potential issues at work.
Weak boundaries also puts everyone and everything second to the whims of your ex, which will lead to a LOT of loss in many areas of your life.
Strong boundaries nets you:
*lots of time with your children
*ability to plan
*ability to honor your word at work
*keep your commitments
*make plans
*devote more time and energy into building something special with somone new
*work a side hustle or start a hobby
*take care of your health
*focus more on your spiritual journey
You are also setting an AMAZING example for your children. Having your children see you taken advantage of and manipulated is not something you want them to experiennce or for them to model in their adult life.
Strong boundaries are great for everyone involved! Now go create an incredible life for yourself. :-)
