Thank you so much for this video. I used it to install front door JBL speakers and tweeters in my 2020 Hyundai Kona. I was hoping the door panels would be similar to the 2017 Elantra and they were. It was still a nightmare because I had to add a passive crossover and JBL's instructions aren't very good. They don't include the spaded wires to connect to the crossover block with so I had to do a lot of cutting, splicing and wondering where stuff was going fit. So much trial and error, I spent a whole day on the driver's door alone. If it hadn't been for this video, I would've been really screwed. You made removal of the panel and reassembly seem so easy, it gave me confidence to keep pushing when the going got rough. What a help!!!
I had to have my 2017 Elantra door fixed at the dealership a while back (took it to some other local mechanics first that all told me to go to the dealership). It was crazy expensive to fix, they broke the little cover that goes over the screw that holds the panel on, and they only partially fixed the door. It's safe and functional, but I really wanted them to fix the keyless lock button on the exterior handle, and they said they couldn't. They made taking the door apart sound like a pain in the butt thing to do, but you just made that look extremely easy. Now I think they're a bunch of lazy as**oles, and I totally could have just ordered the parts I needed and fixed it myself 🤬😩

Professional Video, it really will help me. Only I have a question related to the connectors inside the door. Is there any connector that receives ground from the Dome Light Switch? My girlfriend wanted to add LED lights under the front doors. I hope you will help me. ;-) Thank you.
Nice! Can the "Button Panel / Arm Rest" be removed from the rest of the Door Panel? Mine is already showing wear and tear from pulling the door shut from the inside. I would like to replace the Button / Armrest part of the Panel only. Thank you.

Not Russian. Most likely Muslim. If you ever deal with a Muslim, you count the money while they watch. My brother got cheated out of an extra $200 by a Muslim. He had it counted out, gave it to the Muslim and told the Muslim to count it, and voila the Muslim made it look like he was $200 short. my elantra is not wanting to pop out as easily, had to use a screw driver to pop out that first panel and it broke a piece that just refused to come out, popped it back on but there’s no way I get in this on my own or without destroying the door

My passenger door won't open from the outside so I wanted to fix it myself. Where would I look to see what is damaged?
Today some guy pulled my door from the other side and my door panel broke. I put it back but I can’t open the door from the inside. Is there something I’m supposed to connect or do I need a part? I’m going to look at it during the weekend

Why cant I find a video that just shows how to remove the switch cover. They sell carbon fiber replacements, i dont want to remove the entire door panel. 😅
