For “Run Like Hell”, he used two delays in tandem. The main delay was set to 380ms with 7-8 repeats and the level set to unity with the guitar. The second delay was set to 507ms and mixed to be quieter.

This is taking the I,IV,andV chord triads and playing them through their different inversions down the top strings . This was common at one point I guess because John mellencamp did it on jack and Diane only it was with the A string. Michael Jacksons it don't matter if your black or white is based of this idea too. It's a really cool technique. I've been experimenting with the idea only converting them minor triads. My mind is blown. This is opening up my mind to a lot of possibilities. And to think these guys were doing this how long ago without the Internet to teach them.. thanks for another great lesson Marty
Especially for tunes like this that are heavily dependent upon effects, it would be super helpful to know what effects are used in the Katana settings so those of us that don't have one but have a few pedals may be able to approximate the sound.

I gues you could say that the song is in the key of D and that the last chord of the run is an A played on the lower three strings which makes it simply an A. Remeber, there are two guitars playing over each other on this song. So, over the ever pumping D the run goes: D A G D A D A D b ut in different voicings.

It's a little strong on the first repeat for me. It makes it sound like you played it twice. The delay is not lasting quite as long as it should. It dies out a bit early. At 9:23 you seem to be playing the bass guitar. I have been looking for that single chord but you haven't played it through the entire video.

If you don't have two delays, you can use just one delay set to 380ms.
