He started to write and sing Cantonese song and change the industry. Keep in mind Cantonese is suppose to be the language of Canton(Guangzhou) since other place have their own language but you will find them very similar(Not accent). Like Scottish and English.

最佳拍檔在當年無論製作笑料編劇場面是走前了很多步，所以是破盡紀錄，甚至連配樂也很有代入感，連主題曲都有溫馨浪漫版（醫院一幕，Sam見到護士古喜露）
張艾嘉的喜劇天份也好足啊！
都老了…但留下很浪漫很好的电影~☺
淨係一套最佳拍檔，由幕後製作，幕前演員，發行、吸引到有觀眾捧場，打破票房紀錄，都不是一朝一夕可以建立。香港人見到依家嘅香港，有咩辦法唔傷心。

依家睇覺得好多笑料都好無聊，但當年真富娛樂性。最佳拍檔當年可以令觀眾大排長龍買飛，主要唔係口碑(睇都未睇，又何來口碑?)，而係強強聯手，新藝城+許冠傑，許冠傑仲係離開許氏兄弟後第一部電影，觀眾充滿期望。
