Something just told me to go with it and I have to say I’ve never resonated with a reading as much I did with this reading. Definitely claiming this and I’ve been picking up on my person’s energy for a while now, especially in dreams. I was literally in shock when you started talking about the children’s illustrated book. I recently decided that in the near future that I want to write a children’s book on being comfortable and loving your body, as well as building a healthy relationship with food. I was a large kid and my family bullied me for it and left me to try and figure things out for myself in that department, which contributed to my anxiety and depression which developed at a young age. When we YAWN, we actually feed the body with Prana or Manna (as it is called in the Bible), that’s why when one person is yawning, everybody around that person will do the same. ❤️😊
But, when we BURP or FART, we actually get rid of NEGATIVE, Low Vibration Energy out of our body.
We don’t put out only gas but, ALSO Low Vibration Energy that exists in us from our negative thoughts, or from other people who have bad wishes for us or from Energies Attacks.
When a person is at a high vibration, those low vibration energies don’t have where else to go but, to attach themselves to something that is at a low vibration, and the only thing that is rotten and low vibration in our body is our “leftovers” from the food that we eat it (or if we are sic, they attach to the sickness).
For the same reason, when we eat raw vegetables or vegetables with high alkalinity which are helping to rise the vibration of the body, after eating them we fart a lot, because the vibration of the body gets higher, and now the body must get rid of the low vibration.
So we run to the WC, to clean our guts and intestines, where our Solar Plexus is (the House of the Soul).
If you notice, after being in a huge stress or bad moment at job, or at home with family/friends/lover, when you are about to get out of an ugly low vibration situation, and you bring yourself back to balance, have you had the experience of shitting watery, all that day, for 4-5-6 times, out of nowhere?
That’s because, if in general, you are a high vibrational person, that low vibration of that ugly situation/fight, didn’t had where else to go but, into your intestines so, when you put yourself out of that low vibration energy, your body is going to reject all that low energy by cleaning all your intestines so, without being sic, you just shit yourself out. 😬
If that place (intestines, guts, Solar Plexus) is not clean, all your body hurts, especially your head. 😉
So, eat raw and drink 4-8 liters of WATER (NOT juice, coffe, milk, tea, beer) per day, to keep yourself healthy and CLEAN.
4 liters of WATER per day, are for those who eat RAW and only home made food, and drink only milk or fresh juice, home made fresh juice.
8 liters of WATER per day, are for those who eat whatever they want, drink whatever (tea, coffee etc.) and smoke whatever.
I KNOW that nobody really talks about this.
And maybe this was not the place to talk about this… but, I felt to do it so, so I DID.

I know that people react and believe in these types of readings differently but I just felt like I needed to put my thoughts out there. I didn’t even read the title if todays reading, I just felt really drawn to watch it. I’ve never had such a strong reaction to a reading before. The moment the cards were layed out my eyes went to a card and my jaw started pulsing.
