Well hello again weekend. Good to see you once again.
I cant really remember the best time but one of the best times was listening to this tune.
Tripping on acid sitting in my closet while the CD blasted on repeat throughout the house.
Good times. 🤓
Over a decade & still smoother than an atom 🫡👍🙏🇬🇧
2.5. But who's counting. 🤓
This is song remind to Spaced with the young Simon Pegg, Nick Frost and Jessica Stevenson. What a tune and great series ♥️💪🤘.
Agreed
This is the definition of chillout. Still as good today as it was when I bought the album on release day. Classic.
What was the album?
@@chrisdawney6313 Better Living Through Chemistry
Another good one from Norman Cook is that Freak Power In Dub album
For those who don't know, a lot of this is sampled from Technical Difficulties/Stage Banter from a Grateful Dead concert in 1969... :-)
- What do you call it... ?
-- Yes you call it...what !?
- I call it...whatever it is...just more volume
The harmonica is also sampled from The Wizard by Black Sabbath
BOOO...
Khruangbin have totally ripped this off...
Hahaha😅
Cool crunchy sounds. I remember buying this album way back when it was first released. It was tough to find a lot of electronic new music like this back then in CD stores.
Came across this album in a Best Buy Electronica section and loved this track, and well, the whole album too, but this track is superb! Cool to see you dropping the mix tape sessions Fatboy!
Such a great song for relaxing with a joint
The funny thing is it's better than the next Fatboy slim record
In the 90's I remember jamming this out in my car super high with friends and got 6 people hooked on this hook instantly. This song is AWESOME!!!
Chilling on a Friday afternoon... during quarantine.
Such a great track to play on a friday afternoon
Everyday feels like a weekend with this song.
Brings out the best in my speakers.
The first beat is the big bang, and the universe grows, and you got a weird uncle who says surprise. and the wave moves
The weekend, starts here. Awesome song.
Listening to this album baked in the late 90s 😵😵💫
Thanks maestro 🙏
Classic track! Brings me back to High School.
Listen to this every friday at work.
starting my set next week with this bad boy!
BLACK SABBATH's THE WIZARD! 🧙🏻♂️
it brings back memories of Lovely Summer Days from 1996 ;-)
Still so good:)
Whatever life is, its wild.
🕺🏿👇🏿🏴☠️
this song really works the bass
Even Norman doesn't appreciate this track enough.
Spaced!!!
i dont care what ever music video this has, tim getting kicked out of sarahs and going to the cafe to meet daisy is all that feels right for that song
Reminds me of being a teenager in the 90s taking magic mushrooms. Good times.
Chillin' on a Friday afternoon :)
Genialne!!!
The weekend starts here!!! have a
Mr. good bar we edited the entire song to the Mr. good bar logo 🎶😉 it worked every time...
Spaced
For those who don't know... the intro is a sample of the song "Loran's Dance" by Idris Muhammad
i love that album.
Let the weekend start!!!!!!!
Skint!!!!!
So true if it's Friday. On a Monday, not so much.
ace tune. bought the CD in 98. easily my favorite fatboy track I believe this is a led Zeppelin sample
Cant place it? What led zep tune you thinking of?
When The Levee Breaks?
Nah...not Zeppelin. Drum sample is from Emerson, Lake & Palmer - Memoirs of an Officer and a Gentleman
The mouthorgan is from a Black Sabbath track. Forgot which one.
@@VanWhistler The Wizard
Suddenly a big smile 3:17
For those who don't know the lyrics are from an old Michelob beer ad
very, very nice one
and alive
Timeless !
Still INSANE !!!! ~~~~~{:-0>~~ !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!,
Samples and name make me think to a fight club
"Del acetato a la Vanguardia" gracias
The weekend?? Where's beer? Free hair mann tckk
On the deep move
Im here for The Wizard :D
It started like Beastie Boys Paul´s Boutique
Those drums sound like Zeppelin "When the Levee Breaks"!
Emerson, lake and palmer:letters from the front
It could be a music in a Sim City game
The little harmonica sample is Ozzy from the Black Sabath tune The Wizard.
4:30 👽
Whenever I start hunting for a new place to live at, because my Ex kicked me out. (But, hey, she's at least holding onto all my stuff until I find a new space to put it.)
Speced ..................
IDRIS
"lorans dance" - idris muhammad
***** The Gorillaz wasn't even a band when this came out. This = 1995 Gorillaz = 2001
hah Norman gets 53 internetz for the black sabath sample (the harmonica is off a black sabath tune)
"The Wizard"
una disculpa YT, eso era lo básico, Relax.
Epic porno music!
to all the copycats- sorry, I meant "girls"
Just to be weird I think the woman in the moon, yard light, friend picture likes cats. Don't judge me unless your drunk. Or if you buy me a drink. alta halt die fresse Werbung, kaufe euren scheiss eh nicht
Every time I have the Monkey Dust playlist on loop, I always hear that Wizard (Black Sabbath) bit, "I don't remember Sabbath in Monkey Dust..."
Unpopular Opinion: I utterly DESPISE anyone who does that 'sample' crap. No bitches, it's theft, but whatever. This song could have been just fine with out that Wizard harmonica in it. Just a peeve.
Like most of the tracks on this album, this entire song is built from samples.
All of music is basicly an endless reply loop. "You wouldn't download a car"-gang can go create something before talking about artistic views and endpoints.
