Julius Caeser and Mark Anthony look like they are both wearing knee length pants under their armor. A quick google check says the roman soldiers did not wear knee length pants under their armor. There is a scene where Cleopatra is riding a horse and there are metal stirrups showing. Another quick search reveals stirrups in Egypt at that time aren't likely. There were stirrups in China at the time and there were some people that had loops to put their feet through but no modern stirrups. Stirrups didn't get to Europe until the eight century so not sure Cleopatra would be riding with stirrups. The no entourage was odd too. Cleopatra is touring Egypt in a sedan chair? There are maybe ten people with her? Lots of scenes of Cleopatra sanding alone in the desert. The series seems like it had a low budget.
