This place really is a goldmine, dare I say a MUSEUM! It's cool to see the behind the scenes with the sorting and cleaning. I absolutely love John's passion and knowledge for the hobby. John was telling me about that big haul of original G1 Transformers and boxes when I went a couple of weeks ago, I was blown away to see them. Thanks for the walkthrough of the store!

Many of the He Man knock offs turned up in Odd Lots and Job Lots and Odd Job Trading circa 1984 . Also Secret Wars KANG , Dr. Doom and Dr. Octopus .

Dude, the stuff at this store… and yes - very solid Lego selection! I was into Lego pretty serious like 15-20 years ago but I’m a castle guy (which is why I stopped lol).
I love castle sets they have given us a few sets the past couple years. hopefully they will bring it back fully one day. @@SentriTMC

I had ONE of the He-Man 3 packs. Bought it when it was NEW. Weird part is - you could NOT get them at Toys R Us. I bought mine at A & S . A higher end department store with a selection of toys ONLY around Christmas time.

I'm OLDER than you guys-- I was an ADULT COLLECTOR in 1983 - 1987
I was born in ‘82! Must’ve been pretty incredible to be an adult collector during that time.
We collected older stuff like the G.I. Joes from the 1960s and 1970s . But we wondered what would be collectible in the future. MOTU seemed to be our focus . Then that CRAP ASS movie came out . MOTU was dying. I had ZERO interest that NEW G,I, Joe line and think is looks AWFUL as a "collectible" and just terrible as a "displayable" thing. Funny story: One week we walked into the MOTU area of Toy's R Us. And the WHOLE end cap- was nothing but RAM MAN. LOL . I always HATEd Ram Man . I could see that others did as well. Two Bad was my absolute favorite ! You can see that - the person that created Two Bad also sculpted Suckerman's face. @@SentriTMC
I collect cereal boxes . My friend just auctioned off the FIRST Mattel 1983 Toy Offer Frosted Flakes box ; It showed the "NEW" MOTU on the back.
