I don't know what kind of character initially Jihoon possesses , if it's good then fine that he moved on as he deserves to be happy as well. And I'm sure he took a year or so to date this woman before marrying her. So, it looks like he forgot about y/n after about a year or so. Yeah, it must have been hard for him to see her in a coma, but.....he moved on so quickly and easily. When y/n returned his gifts to him that day, she pointed out that his love for her had been weak. Hopefully, he remembers those words for the rest of his life, and feels sadness.
