    Basics:
    Legs apart, feet pointed, hips forward to provide a good arch, arms bent, fingers spread apart, and hands a little above eye level.
    Common mistakes:
    Not having legs wide enough to allow stability inside the tunnel, not keeping your fingers spread apart, not arching enough or not arching properly, and correct hand placement to generate lift.
    Keys to success:
    Having a good arch and relaxing inside the tunnel.
