Torun is amazing!!! I spent 4 days there in October and absolutely loved it! I thought I saw it all but your videos had places I didn't come across. Another place close to Torun that is worth a good look is Bydgoszcz. An absolutely beautiful little city with an amazing old town area. If you go there make sure you find the old water tower on the hill which you can climb up and look 360 degrees over the entire city and surrounding areas.
I swear it’s one of my favorite city in Poland and I will definitely go to Bydgoszcz very soon ❤️
5:32 - It's the "Grand Bulvar" complex of luxury apartments (completed in 2020) that combines a modern structure and the old building of the 19th-century laundry of the military garrison. Btw - many yt people visit Toruń, as it's spectacular indeed. But regrettably most of them ignore Toruń's arch-"rival" Bydgoszcz - only 50 km away - that IMO is one of Poland's most underrated provincial capitals (others that don't get the credit they deserve are - for example - Rzeszów and Szczecin). About the weather - apparently this year's hot August is now being followed by a miserable, wet/cold September that typically should be mostly fair and pleasant. But, weather patterns vary from one year to another in this country.

About the weather all I can say is that Polish weather is full of surprises 😅😅😅
@@Phindihlophe You're right, our weather is rather unpredictable. But, surprises in this regard aren't always for the bad here, sometimes they're positive. Maybe a nicely sunny & balmy "babie lato" (the Polish version of North America's "Indian Summer") will surprise us this year in October, who knows? ;)

@@Phindihlophe Sunny mild spells (definitely warmer than the days we have now) are not at all uncommon in October. In 2021, the first and last weeks of the month were very sunny. In 2019, the classic "babie lato" lasted 11 days in a row (12th-22nd), with lots of sun and temperatures reaching 24 degrees in Warsaw (in the shade, of course). In 2018, sunny warm weather began on the 6th and extended over 13 days, temperatures often exceeding 20 degrees then. And so on. Of course, cold cloudy Octobers also occur. But not as often as they used to, due to the ongoing climatic warming.
