So I've done the Hypnosis and got into that state as a kid and changed my beliefs in my 1st session. (It felt good)
My only concern is that, if we do this every day, we just going back into the exact same state as we were kids and if I changed it - why would I go back into it?
Hope you understand what I'm trying to say.

Hello! So to try and answer your question I would say that it is a bit like exposure therapy (or you could call it integration). All trauma/fear is overcome by facing it. In traditional treatment, this is done slowly (ie: if you fear elevators, the therapist might show you a picture of an elevator, then a week later have you look at the elevator from down the hall, all the way until you are using the elevator). One of the distinguishing factors with RTT, as far as I can tell, is that the hypnotic state allows for this to happen faster due to a decrease in the mental filtering mechanism that creates resistance between your subconscious and conscious mind. Jordan Peterson refers to this as slaying the dragon and recovering the gold. Carl Jung called it integrating your shadow. Two people worth looking into if you are so inclined. Cheers!
