The line is よろしくお願いします which has a wide variety of different translations due to the flexibility of the phrase. I've gone with what I have due to the fact that the MC's relationship with all of the dorms is neither a work relationship (let's work together) or a parental/guidance situation (please take care of us) but a friend situation, where it's more like "let's get along" or "let's have a good time" sort of idea.
