I did a drill one time where we went through the motions but fell face down instead of face up. Is it personal preference or do you specifically recommend falling face up?
Sharon is already jumping sideways (which gives you less hight) and because her whole body is turning towards the right to prepare for the butt-slide, she'll have notably less throwing power. I imagine if you go for a more forward jump, also leaning to the left, an overhead shot, touch-down with right foot followed by a belly slide would give you more shooting power.
When you shoot from wings you always wanna open up your chest, cause it's gonna give you more angle to decide where to shoot. When you shoot from pivot, you wanna jump forward and land your arms. You wanna pop your chest out, get your head back and propel yourself forward once you chest is about to hit the ground to reduce the "going-down motion" you wanna convert as much going down motion as possible to a going forward motion. if you shoot from middle you wanna jump high not forward anyways

falling on your face is never fun. learning how to fall/slide backward is better for this because open you up towards the goal
