looked it up WWE as a whole apparently has owned the rights to the wargames match type concept since buying out WCW in 2001 when they were the WWF and has held it since the name change
I’m unsure if he really ever used this. He mostly used a Big Splash from what I remember. You can’t change them on default wrestlers per se. You can clone them into a CAW slot, then mess with them all you want if you really want to otherwise you are limited to editing name, music and appearance.
