White plates are not always the answer. For example, butternut squash soup looks stunning in a warm blue bowl. Or apple bread pudding with caramel sauce on a beige plate looks better than on a white plate.
I definitely struggle with plating food myself. I'd like to work on implementing more color theory into my dishes. Thanks for sharing.
