- Raw footage: walk through part of the Haskell Free Library and along Ruelle Cordeau to Rue Dufferin (Route 143 Québec) between the two customs posts. My car was parked on Rue Church next to the fire hydrant.
Just visited the same spot a few months ago. On both sides of that border marker were us border patrol and Canadian police If u come from us side u are not allowed to cross that border marker. Unless u go and clear customs on Canadian site first. Cameras and border patrol were all over the place So, u re being watched 24/7. Don’t know how locals handle this. But except the library nothing is entertaining around. Businesses are closed Empty commercial spaces
