Ascending ropes efficiently with a microtraxion

My canyoning "get out of jail" kit includes a Petzl Microtraxion, a Tibloc and a Roll Clip. These devices can be used for all sorts of rescue techniques, like Z-Hauls, but they can also be used as a really efficient ascent system.
In this video I demonstrate how to ascend with this gear, and then how to change back to descent again.
