The lyrics really do tell the overall plot of the song in a good way. The background instrumentals are a Great FIT for your song. I was still looking for The Album Of The Year. Spiritbox took 2021, and Bad Omens in 2022 (imo). I was still waiting for that thing that brought it to the next level for 2023. I mean, Invent Animate was a strong contender with Heavener. But this... this might be it... Daedric's 'Mortal'. This is just over the top good. Perfection may be a better descriptor.
God I got mad when it ended lol, what a great track. Do you program the drums or is there actually a drummer? Because I noticed there are actual cool drum fills and stuff and 99% of artists who are seemingly in a similar position of making music like this primarily alone never really put much effort into making the drums do cool stuff above and beyond just keeping the tempo of the track and filling the expected precussive undertones and such. I really appreciate that. Also Deadric Official Black Goat Skulls in the merch store when??
