I once placed an order online for Popeye's (first mistake), and I go through the drive through after waiting about 20 minutes, and the workers were so confused and acted like they had no idea what an online order was. So I order my original order at the drive through window, THEN wait another 25-ish minutes in my car on the side of the store. 45 minutes plus just to get some mild-ass nuggets (didn't offer them spicy at the time). Love their chicken, and I'm from Louisiana where you can get it at it's best, but that was the last time I went. Chick-Fil-A, on the other hand, will have a line literally on the side of the STREET, and you can still get in and out in 5 minutes.
I went into Chick Fil-A last week for a standard combo and they had it for me in about 60 seconds. Sandwich already made and in a foil pouch to keep it warm, waffle fries boxed in a blink, you'd think they get paid double for being quick.

Crusty and lumpy separated cheese. They had just opened too. Chicken was tough. It was like they only had leftovers. I would have called the health dept on them, but they don't care neither. Just never going back...

The Health Dept cares, but they're so backed up from all the OTHER Popeye's that are just as bad that by the time they get one up to code, they gotta go back to the first one cuz it's either a complete biohazard again or up in flames.
