I fidget with my phone pop socket a lot, I also keep hair barrettes in my pocket and snap them back and fourth. Pen clickers are also my thing too. I also like tactile things like smooth rocks (I used to keep one or two smooth pebbles in my pocket to fidget with )

I play with my ring, I play with my hairband, I play with my earrings, I play with the pockets (or the fake ones) on my pants, I play with zippers in like jackets or a lunchbox, and I also play with my fingers; like tapping them or just play with them. (If you couldn't tell I have ADD-it's like ADHD but without the hyperactivity)
