Plunder basically lets you steal stuff from other players, usually good with long range. Tier 3 is the strongest, so lets say your opponent is running away with god-like loot, 24 emeralds. If you shoot them with a bow, crossbow or headhunter, you will get 10-14 of those emeralds. Plunder is O.P. when you are in need of a certain material, however you can not use it to steal kit items.
