The insurance markets are distorted by the state governments subsidizing insurance costs for people who have houses in highly risky areas whether it is fire or flood risk.
And that's generally what happens WHEN THE STATE DOESN'T INTERFERE. However let's not forget material and labor costs have increased so everyone is gonna get hit somewhat.
New houses could be built with a hydraulic system to lower the houses in a cavity underground with a metal roof sliding to cover the house when there is a fire in the area. The houses could be brought back up when the fire has been extinguished. Same principle as a safe that protects the contents in case of a fire.
@Monk-Amani. in reference to California's Democrat Governor Newsome mismanaging government funds for homeless in California, and the report referencing people made homeless in California and an unusual coincidence of improper management from the fire to stopping it to insurance not covering fire etc? and $24 billion for about 187,000 homeless people in California is about $125,000 per homeless person ?
I hope the CA Coastal Commission doesn’t allow any of the burned houses west of the PCH to be rebuilt. I figured a tsunami would have taken them out before a fire would have. They should be building new affordable house communities on all the farms in Oxnard north of Malibu since it doesn’t have mountains that burn there.
this is a jackpot for insurance companies unfoutunately and they are going to pay these beacuse they look now in california more and more people will opt for insurance at even higher price due to fear of wild fire again so they are not worried
The problems in California are due to some of the very bad laws the voters approved and the insurance commisoner. Until 2025. Thats right THIS year, insurance companies were prohbited from using computer modeling to determine risk (which is just wild). Insurance companies asked for rate rises for year, if they wanted 14% the commission would grant them 7%. The ONLY reason that we started to see real reforms in the last two years is the free market began to disintegrate leaving only the FAIR plan. The FAIR plan has terrible coverage and is outrageously expensive so much so that once you reach that point one has to ask if it wouldnt have juat been better to let private insurance charge whatever it wanted in the first place. If this fire triggers the clause where ALL policy holders in the state have to contribute you will see outrage like never before.
Insurance won't work for long in an abruptly changing climate. Too many will see catastrophics impacts. And since the process is irreversible and that we're still emitting greenhouse gases, I don't expect stability to return for a very, very long time.
@@richardshipe4576 Yes that plays into it, but those are antecedent conditions rather than the last straw. The background temps have increased and that changes everything in physics, chemistry and biology. Expect it to continue too since we're still emitting.
"The more humans are out there at the human interface with this highly flammable landscape, the more likely there will be ignition." YOU ALL EXPECT SOMEBODY WHO TALKS LIKE THIS TO SOLVE YOUR PROBLEMS?
Because the state of California FINALLY allowed them to use computer risk modeling in 2025. Yes you are reading that right "computer technology" this AMAZING new breakthrough technology that's only been around for the last 25 years was prohibited for insurance companies to use to set pricing in Cali. So so many bad insurance practices mandated by the state in California it is not at all surprising that insurers bounced.

Just grabbed my ADX tokens during the Adaxum presale. The future looks bright for this project!
Glad I got into Adaxum during the presale. The project has some promising elements.
Just checked out Adaxum’s roadmap, and I’m impressed. This project is set to soar in 2025!
Happy with my decision to join the Adaxum presale. Let’s see how it performs in the long run.

The houses could be brought back up when the fire has been extinguished. Same principle as a safe that protects the contents in case of a fire.
The Adaxum project has some strong points. Took a position while the presale is still open.
The Adaxum presale is filling up fast, and it’s easy to see why. This project is a game-changer!
I'm glad you made this video it reminds me of my transformation from a nobody to good home, $34k monthly and a good daughter full of love
Adaxum’s token is more than just another ICO-it’s the future of DeFi and E-commerce combined!
E-commerce integration and DeFi innovation? Adaxum is ticking all the right boxes. Excited to see what’s next!
When they buy the new home, did they invite me for the new home party? Hell no!!!
they need to used more steel reinforced concrete to build homes, rather than wood
Adaxum is still early, but it has the potential to grow into something significant.
What happen to the $24 to $28 billion for homeless in California Gavin Newsome allegedly lost last year?
Audit found $24B spent in the last 5 years. There's not much detail on how. Any particular point?

@Monk-Amani. add the fact Elon was selling $14,000 maybe $27,000 homes then.
Got into the Adaxum presale early. It feels great to be ahead of the curve on this one.
The Adaxum ADX presale is progressing well. Glad I got my tokens before it’s too late.

Adaxum leads DeFi’s next evolution.
Hi everyone, Adaxum seems like a project with potential. I’m keeping an eye on it after joining the presale.
E-commerce giants will propel Adaxum to the top. Got my ADX tokens early!
ADAXUM has a unique angle with its E-commerce focus. Glad I got in during the presale.
this is a jackpot for insurance companies unfoutunately and they are going to pay these beacuse they look now in california more and more people will opt for insurance at even higher price due to fear of wild fire again so they are not worried
Very unfortunate.
Took a measured position in Adaxum. Hoping the project delivers on its promises.
ADX Adaxum rewards early adopters generously.
Keeping an eye on Adaxum. The project seems promising enough to have potential upside.

Less to do with climates, more to do with bad fire prevention and strict zoning not allowing greater density

Biggest scam of year ADX token

Feeling cautiously optimistic about Adaxum’s potential. Got my ADX tokens today.
😂 You're insane or stupid if you think that State, Fed, or Insurance is gonna make this right. You lost your shit, too bad.
Will payouts be faster than Hurricane Katrina in Aug 2005? 😤

Adaxum ADX is one of the few tokens I see having massive potential for 2025. Grabbed my share during the presale.
The ADX tokenomics make so much sense for long-term holders. Joined the presale for the best price!
and why were drones used to cloud seed rain like in the UAE for years?
and drones used with flame retardants to stop the fires?
@AnonymousanonymousA can't fly drones in 100 MPH winds bro.

Adaxum is still under the radar, but it could gain momentum soon.
Took a closer look at Adaxum and decided to take a small position in the presale.
ADX Adaxum is worth a look if you’re exploring new projects this year.
Adaxum innovation sets it apart.
Adaxum’s presale is selling out quickly. Might be worth a closer look for those interested.
The Adaxum ADX tokenomics look reasonable, and the presale seems like a good entry point.
Hey all, Adaxum is an interesting project that could have potential in the E-commerce space.
Adaxum’s presale demand keeps climbing.
If you’re not in the Adaxum presale yet, you might regret missing out.
