However he loathes Bison because he said Bison let's Physcho Power control him instead of him controlling it. The Satsui No Hado and Psycho Power share a common link in there somewhere. I've always theorized that's why Rose and Bison are both drawn to Ryu, as his body can hold immense mystical energy.

That Akuma is much better set up for AI fighting than the Bison is: tons of easy-to-use, hard/specific-to-avoid supers like those gozankus. And then there's Bison, straight up doing the "teleport in front of enemy" move on an opponent in the middle of a projectile barrage
That famous scene where Akuma takes out M. Bison was revenge for what M. Bison did to him in SF Alpha. While Bison was looking for Ryu he found Akuma, they fought and M. Bison nearly killed Akuma. Instead of killing him he insulted him and left him for dead because Bison realized he wasn't the right person he was looking for. (Play SF alpha3 M. Bison) This is why Akuma shows up and sneak attacks Bison in SF2 the reason raging demon even worked on M. Bison is because in SF Alpha Bison lost his Alpha body, the body you see him using in SF2 is a weaker form He can't use his full psycho power in this form, this is why he was defeated so easily and when Akuma said that Bison is controlled by Psycho power the narrator says in fact in reality It's the other way around M. Bison is in full control of his Psycho power and Akuma is not in full control of the Satsui no hado hench his out of control form Oni. Akuma is not more powerful than M.
