My parents always told me it was okay to cry whenever but everytime I do someone laughs or calls me a crybaby so that why I only cry when I'm alone. For people who can relate just know your never alone. There are many things you can do to help. I like to listen to music, draw, do my makeup, Asmr

I usually cry in my bathroom and to be truthful I was bullied for 3 years and recently I just couldn't handle it anymore so I snapped and yeah that got the girls on my side and they helped e complain about the boys and they still didn't stopped so now I am a back answering type and I am not scared to hit them but I am not allowed too but I just wanna say that you will get out too although the girls still ain't not that better I anm fighting it and I know I will get through so I just wanna say don't loose motivation you will win in the end

I was told to suck it up and deal with it, that crying was a pointless waste of time and energy, that I shouldn't make a big deal out of things, and, more recently, that i shouldn't throw tantrums(i didn't before, but bc of everything i kept bottling things up and it resulted in temper tantrums that I have no control over), and while understand now that it's ok to let people in and that it's ok to cry, I can't, it's like whenever I try my throat closes up and I can't breathe, let alone speak, and i get nauseous. So...how do you let yourself open up and trust when everything in your life has told you that it's a bad idea, and has even proved that it's a bad idea...?
