The game does hold a lot of work in it, even if it may be a bit on the boring side. The creators definitely have potential, but still need to work on a few skills a bit. Also, I know it is just purple because of the program, but you should wear that color more often. Purple looks good on you.
I think he should try to taking away the hints, and try to make the game more tense, and not make jpeg jumpscares, he should make better jumpscares, but occur rarely. Hopefully the dev fix this

A giant eyeball looks kinda goofy. I think the level design is adequate, but it looks like whoever was in charge of that got either tired or wasn't paid enough to keep on going. That would explain all the backtracking you had to do. I don't know. Not 10 bucks material, I think, sorry to the devs. :(

The devs sent me a Steam Key in an email. I really tried to play the game, but it's just littered with bugs. I was able to walk through a wall, a statue that fell had a faulty animation and blocked my path, the lantern in my hand glitched into my arm. It is really a mess and I hope they fix the bugs.
I think the optional hints is great as a means of a11y and also to lower the chance of someone getting stuck for long enough that they end up quitting. The arrow breaks immersion a bit but it only happens (besides the first one or two) if you explicitly ask for it to happen. The game has plenty of other issues but I definitely don't mind that detail at all.
Oh my gosh that footstep sound! What the heck? It doesn't remotely resemble footsteps on stone. It sounds like they recorded somebody walking on carpet, but it had a layer of something viscous like laundry soap spread over it, then with some thick plastic sheeting on top of that. It's just such a bizarre sound, and it's really out of place here; it would be more appropriate for maybe a shallow marshy ground or something covered in congealing blood, definitely not a stone castle floor.
