Something I noticed watching this video, as well as others, was that the selection of microgames this demo would give you is quite odd. Especially since it gives you microgames that would only be playable in high score runs as well as excluding many microgames that are playable in story mode. Microgames I saw include the following: Party Popper (literally the first one you play) Pet Peeved (literally the second one you play) Lose Your Marble (literally the fifth one you play) That’s 3 microgames from Wario’s set. Steel Chef (literally the first microgame of Mona’s set) Clog It (literally the second microgame of Mona’s set) Running of the Bull’s-eye (high score microgame #1) Cage Match (literally the sixth microgame of Mona’s set) Straight Faces (literally the seventh microgame of Mona’s set) Quite Puzzled Tuft it Out That’s 7 microgames from Mona’s set: the most we ever get. Chalk Full (literally the first microgame of Jimmy’s set) Dish It (literally the eighth microgame of Jimmy’s set) Only 2 microgames from Jimmy’s set? How sad. Write On, Dude Corrections Officer Hi, Wire! (high score microgame #2) *Galaxy Bounce* (The only boss microgame in this demo) That’s 3 microgames from Kat and Ana’s set (same as Wario’s and quite a common number in fact), 4 if you include the boss Basket Case Greedy Hands I’m #1! (high score microgame #3) On Strike Sneeze, Please! (Because of course) Chance of Showers That’s 6 microgames from Ashley’s set Free Range I’m Gonna Hurl Flower to Tower That’s 3 microgames (yet again) from Crygor’s set (No Mike microgames, as you’d expect) Duck Hunt Only one from 9-Volt’s set? Also quite depressing. You Scratch Mine I find it surprising that there are any microgames from Wario Man’s set to begin with. That’s 26 microgames total (27 including the boss), which accounts for about 15% of all the microgames in Touched! It’s not much, but for a demo, it’s plenty.
