Using only flour and water, I made breads that swell like balloons

Very easy to make unleavened bagel
Ingredients:
1 cup of boiling water (200ml)
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
2.5 cups flour (300g)
Liquid for frying (600ml)
