i liked y2k before I.V already but what i find one of probably most important points of interest regards the update is how it feels much more engaging story-wise too. i think it does a better job stimulating one to think for i've been spending quite the fair share of time ruminating on this and that. i don't think i gave as much thought to the story before frankly so it's even cooler now. peak postmodernism right there
@@despair_ys SOME parts of the story feel MUCH clearer to me in I.V. like the added Context of Who the Nameless Child and Sammy park really Are....but the rest of the new content only makes things MORE confusing, and doesn't seem to ever fully confirm what the added stuff involving nameless was implying
@@uemochi9316 i totally feel you and i've been trying to wrap my mind around the whole thing thoroughly ever since i finished the game but ehhh largely to no avail it seems. there's some consensus in the community regarding various points of the story but obviously a LOT is ultimately in the dark. still worth ruminating i suppose
Hot take but I wish we could fight this boss proper. I actually tried to it just heals anytime ya deal a couple hundred damage. I could have killed it if the game let me.
The new combat mode is very entertaining, the story on the other hand seems even weirder than the original.

As Alex would say
“WHAT THE HELL JUST HAPPENED!!?”
Oh ok I now get it with Rory I was wondering why he just shot Alex it makes sense with context
