Opening Up To People, Being Direct, and Managing Expectations

While working on my application for grad school I learned a few things about myself, and I wanted to share. As humans, we have so much to offer each other, yet a lot of us hide parts of ourselves and expect things that are not clear to those around us. I get a little more in depth about why and how we do this, and what we can do to stop holding back in our relationships.
