Its a road kill/motortrend event. They race on Woodward Street, that is the whole reason they host the event there lol 🤦🏽♂️
😎
Would love to see Mr Bailey on the real street vs that little falcon. Would be a nail biter.
To be fair Tom's car is not set up to race on the street
Thanks for the coverage....give you a D for sound!(microphone) little tip sharpen up those reaction times
But you looked bad-ass losing!
Must be it doesn't matter if you leave before the starter starts to drop his arms because there was quite a few of them guys that jumped before the starter even flinched
3:50 A cylinder that has been filled fuel: The engine needs to be run for a while unloaded so liquid fuel can escape between the top and second ring. Never run it hard right away as this can break a ring land.
FALCON FOR THE WIN! I HATE FORDS!
That's that good ass driving
Rough weekend. I had a great time though.
I've lost respect for this event, its just scripted ,src got scammed
How do you get cars to follow a script?
@@mikescherrer4923 by eliminating the fastest small tire. That way the racing looks close in TV. Or they promised some “influencers” that they’d be in the show, so the made room
@@uncleremis69 Or... he lost because he staged too deep? Maybe every time things don't go your way it's not a conspiracy driven by some hidden agenda? Why would it matter for views who won? The audience obviously would have preferred that he make it to the finals, so wouldn't that have made a better script?
@@mikescherrer4923 then show the times. Or break down the top 8 from fastest to slowest. This was a half assed event run by people who don’t know what they’re doing
That was as rigged as it gets
anyone going to point out that Joe Barry jumped the arm drop?
Is this 1/8 mile ? It looks short.
This event is TRASH...racing politics at its finest
Having an arm drop at a big event like this was stupid! Who's big idea was that? I would go on with more complaints but I'll stop there.... SRC
Thick its bs how it went down with the src guys but the reason for the arm drop is because thr event is supposed to replicate old school racing stop light to stop light with arm drop
@@johnspratt4421 If they were really trying to replicate old school racing, they wouldn't have a guy that has no clue how to be a starter out there doing arm drops, they would've had a buxom young lady out there waving her bra.
@@johnspratt4421 but then they placed the start beam 10 feet out from the line to disqualify the typical street race setup, and make it more of a rolling race with a flag start.
@@irahubscherjr6629 you keep on posting this and you should probably go back and read the pinned comment on the SRC Channel video. SRC did get screwed. Trust me I wish it didn't happen but it did. Motor Trend and roadkill has lost a lot of credibility with a lot of people. I would imagine they'll be quite a few people canceling their subscriptions to Motor Trend.
@@jimmyzgarage5430 I did see it, and totally agree...it was setup. The Falcon was faster than most of the cars they selected. But the timing setup the way Billy explained it, is completely unfair to someone like Billy, who hadnt used that "off the wall" type setup before... as well as a flagger who doesnt appear to know how to fairly stage a race... several times including the final when turbo cars werent spooled up or ready when he dropped his arms... even JJ gives a 5 mississippi count.
This is all rigged because a little black falcon was making all these expensive big tires guys who think they are special mad because they might get more attention than them. It makes me "Sick" I need one those magazines Or is it a book? To clean up the puke lol Sick dude!!!
Put a 275 or 10-5 on that thing you will the most power and the most expensive car and probably lightest car there are you will get drug by 2 thousand dollar junk yard hammered mustang with ls mystery motor with Chinese turbo or hammer it over the head with spray and able to spray all day. Lol
Great racing 👍
If he wants to be around any longer, Joe needs to stop buying those chocolate shakes.
Go Team Sweden! Volvo's Rule!!
Unless they have the misfortune of running across a little Black Falcon, or a Blue & White S10 out of the SRC stable.
Road kill nights is a zoo act I don't know why you bother.
I see my sticker!!!
Who owns the bad azz orange and silver 55 !
