why does the "chef" bother going to the supermarket 3 times a day to buy the food for each meal? what's the difference if it sits in refrigeration at the store, or in the fridge at home ? it's staying cold either way ...
I used to do this for a Sheikh, whenever you organize things for the day they always change their mind or want something different plus you may get extra people. He did say pasta tho, probably heads to the whole foods buffet for himself!

NBA and NFL atheletes weight often 200 - 300 pounds mostly muscle to maintain that frame they have to eat 5 times the amount as normal people to maintain their weight. its very time consuming to prepare 6-8 meals!
