there is a serious time continuity problem if he's 70 that means he had Beth when he was 36 yet you see him in a later episode where it doesn't even come close to meshing
well you do have to remember that his original beth died..so of course there’s going to be timeline problems when traveling to new universes. in the first episode, he literally travelled to one that was in the future to get medicine for morty

The only time Rick ever wears his seatbelt is on this episode. When he got rid of his toxic self. Every other time he never wears his seatbelt.
He also wore a seatbelt when he was a pickle/transformed back into a human.
